Donation from Lions Club of Southwell, Nottinghamshire

The Lions Club of Southwell, Nottinghamshire, have donated the proceeds from their Carols For Everyone Concert held in December 2013 in Southwell Minster.  Over 600 people attended the concert and a record amount was raised.  Leaflets describing the work of the Himalayan Trust UK were put on all the seats in the Minster.  Donations contribute towards the replacement of damaged and unsuitable classroom furniture in the schools supported by the Trust.
