We are delighted you will be celebrating this momentous occasion with us. We’ve been overwhelmed by the response and currently are able only to honour tickets for those that have given prior or verbal commitments. For others, please submit a booking request and we are happy to place your name on the waiting list. Please understand if we can't come straight back to you. Those who have a table host or a Himalayan Trust UK contact might like to contact them in the meantime.
In order to provide you and your guests with an unforgettable experience we need to ask you a couple of questions.
There are different booking options options available to you:
1) You are the table host, will organise payment for the table and will liaise directly with your guests
2) You are the table host and will organise payment – but would like us to liaise with your named guests
3) You are the table host and will pay for your own place(s) - your guests will contact us direct to pay for their own
Once we have received your answers, we will then send you (i) a personalised email with your order details, (ii) information how to pay for your tickets direct to the Himalayan Trust UK and (iii) a further outline of the event.

After having received your answers, we will send you an email confirming your order request and giving you a further outline of the evening. We will also provide you with our bank details to arrange payment for the event. Unfortunately fundraising dinner payments are not eligible for Gift Aid, but 100% of the proceeds of the evening will go to The Himalayan Trust UK's work on the ground as all the costs for this event have already been covered by a donor.
